Scheduling Hearings

  1. The hearing officer or hearing panel shall promptly schedule the hearing, for a time and place reasonably convenient to both the complainant and the PHA, upon the complainant's compliance with the above requirements.
  2. A written notification specifying the time, place, and procedures governing the hearing shall be delivered to the complainant and the appropriate PHA official.
  3. The hearing may be conducted through electronic communications such as teleconference or web meetings.
