LHA wins 1st place for Newsletter

The Lenoir Housing Authority took first place for North Carolina small agencies for their newsletter.  If you haven't checked out our newsletter, look for it on your front door.  It's chocked full of great information and resources to help you out.  We will have a digital version of it soon!
