LHA Updates and Reminders

  • Mandatory NSPIRE inspection March 9th
    An inspector will be on-site and accompanied by a member
    of the maintenance team as inspections are completed.
    Residents do not need to be present during the inspection.
    We ask that all residents ensure their unit is in orderly condition and that all rooms are accessible.
  • Video Surveillance:
    New Camera Systems have been installed on property for the safety of our residents
  • Maintenance/work order:
    If the toilet is continuously running, call the office to put in a work order for it to be checked
  • Scholarship Opportunities:
    If you are enrolled at CCC&TI or applying to or attending an accredited institution of higher education in pursuit of your first post-secondary degree, LHA has scholarship opportunities for you. Visit LHA website for more information!!!

"What Home Means to Me" Poster Contest

  • All artists, age 5-18 are eligible to submit a poster that represent the theme "What Home Means to Me"
  • Call or email Jennifer if your child needs art supplies. Volunteers can assist during our afterschool programs.
  • Visit www.carolinascouncil.org for more details, rules and how to enter the contest.

Maintenance will complete:
Monthly Filter Change, Smoke Detector Check, Housekeeping Inspection and Quarterly Pest Control Spray during the week of
3/2/26 - 3/6/26.
